Hosted by Chris Masten alongside Ricca Terra founder and winemaker Ashley Ratcliff, enjoy a beautifully curated four-course menu paired with five premium wines showcasing the Riverland producer's passion for sustainable viticulture and alternative Mediterranean varieties.

Based in South Australia's Riverland, Ricca Terra is redefining Australian wine making by championing Mediterranean grape varieties that thrive in our climate, require less water, and produce vibrant, premium vegan wines full of character.

From a crisp Fiano on arrival to a chilled red served alongside dessert, each wine has been thoughtfully matched to bring out the very best in every course.
