As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including restaurant service and private functions. You’ll be the key liaison between guests, the kitchen, and front-of-house departments—especially during events—to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:

·         Open and close the venue in line with established procedures

·         Assist front-of-house with bar, floor, and function service

·         Oversee the setup and management of functions and bookings

·         Greet and seat guests, delivering superior customer service

·         Lead and direct employees during shifts, upholding high standards

·         Provide on-the-job training and support to staff as needed

·         Monitor and enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance

·         Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and procedures

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable venue

·         Handle accurate financial reconciliation and reporting

·         Liaise with other TPG department

The Stables Bar is a garden oasis tucked away in the heart of the Perth CBD, open Monday to Saturday. We’re currently on the lookout for enthusiastic Bartenders and Wait Staff to join our friendly front-of-house team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is preferred, but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidates who are eager to kickstart their hospitality careers.

• A current RSA is required.

• Availability on weekends and nights is essential.
