Is there a min or maximum number I can book for? 
A minimum of 2pax and a max of 25pax for online booking. If your numbers are larger than this, please email us as we have the capacity for up to 110 guests.  

Can you cater for dietary requirements, such as GF, Vegans, Vegetarians, DF, ect? 
Yes, we can cater for all common dietary requirements, and these guests will enjoy our Dietary edition menu. Please make a note of all the requirements in the notes during the booking process so we can cater accordingly. We may not be able to accommodate additional requirements on the day.  

Where will I be seated, and can I choose the location for my group? 
You will be seated in our open-plan dining area and pending on your group size, it could be on a few separate tables next to each other. During the warm time of the year, you might be seated on the balcony. Location cannot be requested, as all tables are allocated on the day, based on final bookings.  

If I or some of my guests can’t attend and I need to cancel, can I get a refund? 
All pre-payments are strictly non-refundable. You are welcome to pass your tickets on to someone else, or we can reschedule your booking for some other date if 48h notice is given. 

Can I book now and pay later once I confirm my numbers? 
Due to a high level of enquiries, we do not accept tentative bookings. We suggest confirming your numbers as soon as possible and making the booking when you’re ready.   

Can I bring decorations and what type? 
A small balloon bunch and/or minimal tabletop decorations are accepted. Floral or balloon garlands, photo wall or backdrops are not allowed and will not be permitted on the day.
Anything that contains glitter and confetti is strictly prohibited. 

Can I hold speeches? 
Due to the respect for other patrons in the room, we do not allow speeches.   

I saw your latest menu and I’m not a fan. Can I have the old menu which was relevant at the time of my booking? 
We reserve the right to change our menu at any time and it cannot be altered for individual bookings. The menu is set and it cannot be changed.   

Can I have a different drinks menu than what’s included in the package? 
Our package offer, including food and beverages, is non-negotiable and we are unable to cater for personal preferences.
